No accessories

We purchased the 'Floor Steam Blaster STM 006 which is supplied with only one Microfibre cloth. After trying for two months to purchase additional cloths, we have not managed to do so. It seems these items are permanently out of stock, that is if Homemark actually stocks replacement accessories or spare parts. We were promised to be informed when the cloths were back in stock but after such a long wait not being able to use the cleaner properly, we are getting mad. Leaving a message to call back is useless.
My advice to potential buyers! 'Don't buy'!
