I was contacted tonight at 7:45pm by a lady from Truworths to tell me my account is in arrears with R68. When I confronted her regarding the time she had the audacity to tell me that my account is in arrears and that they can phone me any time they like. What type of are these companies employing or can these people not get a decent job. Have they not heard about customer service.

I expect an apology for this utter bad service and attitude from the lady that contacted me or her direct supervisor. I have been a loyal customer for many years and if R68 is that important they could have sent me a reminder that I am in arrears.

Unfortunately due to this, I will be closing my account!
