BAD QUALITY

I first ordered a pair of shoes which I had to return because the material was actually coming off certain parts of the shoe.
Then I ordered a watch for my partner with the credit I received. He has only wore it twice (not even to work) and the material is also starting to peel off. I bought the watch for his birthday but by the looks of things, it not even going to last a few months!!
I honestly think the grade of goods sold is pathetic!
Very upsetting and I will never waste my time in even viewing the site again. What a waste of my money :(
