Bad service

I took my automatic watch in for a regulation. The watch was running at -8 secs a day (not too bad), Suzanne said they could improve it. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. I witnessed first hand Suzanne shouting at a customer, though it seemed more in self defense. I received my watch back without explanation as to how the regulation went.
It now runs 20 sec a day. Basically it cost me R180 to make my watch less accurate. I'm not even remotely interested in going back to ask them to rectify. There was another guy in the waiting room who's Rolex was still not ready after four months. It seems to be more of a chop shop than a real watchmakers.
