Utter disappointment - disgust

You people make so many promises but don't keep your word. The first time we had a problem with the 46 inch flat screen (Samsung), you replaced the mother board. The second comnplain, you sent technicians to our home and they said there was no problem until my husband made noise about it. Then, you take the flat screen and its over a month and when our lawyers contact your offices, he gets such bad response. Your people tell him not to call them because it has nothing to do with Hirsch's. We must speak to Samsung. Understand me very clearly cause I do not take no BS. We bought the flat screen from HIRSCH'S. Not samsung, you either give me a full refund on it or get me a brand new flat screen, if your technicians sas there was no problem when they were in my home. Why does it take a month for you people to sort this problem out.

Empty promises, change your ads because you don't sell quality. I'm so disgusted at you people. There is no customer service, nothing. Its so disappointing. Sort this problem out today, I'm tired of waiting. And call me today, I am not gonna wait another day and don't phone me and tell me that's how long it take to evaluate the problem. 0747172669
