I bought my lounge suite for R45 000.00 from Geen & Ritchards on the 11 March 2011. I phoned them in September 2012 to complain about the leather on the back of the chair that is loosing its colour and the other chair is losing its padding. After repeadedly phoning and following up with them, did they come to see what the problem was and said they would contact the manufacturer. Nothing happened. After continually nagging and phoning and even going so far as to complain to head office nothing has been done about it. So if you see a warranty for anything you buy at this store please know they will not repair any furniture as this warranty means nothing. This has been an ongoing problem for 7 months, this is ridiculous.
