Poor customer service

At the end of May my daughter bought two pairs of NIKE Jordan takkies at Shoelettes @ R850.00 a pair for her children size 9k and size 1.By the end of August we noticed that both sets of takkies is opening in front and the 1st week September she took it back. A lady by the name of Moya at Shoelettes took the takkies and told her that she will speak to the manager. After two weeks to avail from Shoelettes she went back and a very rude guy told her they are not refunding her as the takkies are broken to water damage. I phoned Nike and liased with a Chantel, and she also said that agent from Nike are not replacing it. How will you let your child play in water with such an expensive takkie. We paid R1700.00 for the two pairs and it only last for 3 months. This is really not fair towards any consumer. If Nike say is due to water damage they should've put on the box, DO NOT WEAR ON RAINY DAYS
