A month ago someone phoned me, my account that's in arrears. They said that they can put a debit order on my account to take the money. A week later someone phoned me because the debit order didn't go off. They confirmed my banking details & said the information was captured wrong. So he confirmed the account type, & said the money will go off on the Friday. No money went off. Following week they started phoning again, same story, but they're going to start taking interest on the account. I confirmed my banking details, & they had it like that on their system, yet it was still showing incorrect account type. I then spoke to the supervisor, not helpful at all! There is money in my account, I have not once did I have an issue before. I asked the supervisor to please investigate this, as this is an issue on their side. I also asked her not to send me anymore smses & to get the call centre agents to stop phoning, especially at 7 at night. This is an issue on their side, that they need to resolve. If it's not resolved by the end of the month, I'll make a plan to go to the store & pay. Today, I got an sms saying that i need to pay immediate to avoid interest on my account. How is this fair??
