No one knows what is going on

I called the call centre to inquire with regards payment arranegements. I spoke to Eddie on the 05/12/013 13:52. He confirm tht I can make the said payment. I did it the every next day. He advise that the balance will then be arranegement on a (6) six month term. I was happy. I received my statement the end of December. Went into Westgate branch, they called a number. I spoke to a lady Leigh which just run with something without given me a charge to explain. She advise she will cancell my credit. I spoke to Roxane manager., who advise I will be outstnading and then is no such a note on the system.?? I try to call 086576576 no answer. I went and pay R350.00 and notice really they have cancelled my credit... WHY!!! I called in before the account was outstanding which not have happen. please advise.
