I sent Trueworths an email complaining about a bad service I got from one of the shop assistant at the shoe dep. The lady had no name tag so I took a photo and attached it and sent it to this email address [Email Removed] on 2nd of January. No one has got back to me with an apology. I have been a client with them For more than 7yrs and I dont deserve such treatment. I was going to buy a per of shoe she was rude and mean towards me because I wanted to fit the shoes that was on sale with out taking a sit. The 1st assist made me aware of that I said ok I'll take it to the sit to fit, when I was about to this lady come shouting and with a very condensing attitude. I felt so angry and offended by her attitude she was trying to intimidate me. Truworths has not made any contact me or try to apologise and I am so disappointed in their management they will loose me as a client cause I wont allow such treatment from anyone. I can send the photo of the person in question.
