Twisted Whiskers Pet Deli
Terrible service

I googled dog parlor and the one that impressed me most was twisted whiskers, so I called for an appointment for my jack Russell and the lady on the phone was friendly and booked my dog in.

My dog is 1.5 years old and has never been before to a parlor, he is generally very friendly has been for puppy training and goes for regular walks and socialises with other dogs. When we arrived there he was obviously new to the environment and one of the lady's out her finger close to his mouth, he snapped as a result and pecked her finger! In turn this lady got angry with me! If she works with dogs on a daily basis shouldn't she know how to treat them? I was talking to her and she completely ignored me because she was mad that my dog was cheeky with her.

I left the dog and they called me less then 30 mins later telling me I have a hooligan of a dog and they hadn't clipped his nails or cleaned his ears, he wasn't even totally dry and insisted that I pay full price.

I am utterly disgusted at the way they treated me and the dog knowing it was his first time and that generally by nature jack Russell's are feisty. One would think they are equipped to deal with this since it's their daily job!
