Check your till slips

I bought the Mr Muscle special of 2 bottles for R29.99 on the floor and all purpose cleaner. On looking at the till slip and calculating the debits and credits I was actually charged R32.00. When I pointed this out to the customer services I had to fill in a book with all my personal details!!! for my refund. I find this obtrusive. Also this is why I don't do a monthly shop anymore as I am continually being charged more than the shelf price and it's easier to control with less shopping.
