No Luck

After my last complaint i received a call from the Branch Manger, we bought a microwave from them and it was advertised with a "Steamer" now according to them when you refer to a "Steamer" this is actually a "Steaming Bag" so they want to give me a steaming bag worth R200, this is a clear breach of contract, don't tell HIFi but i just replaced my home entertainment system, guess where i bought this... at Game. they also are not aware but we kept the add as proof. HIFi quick lesson in customer service... we are not that stupid.
Guys dont believe them they will not deliver even if you have proof
