On the 30th Dec13, we went to Hilton Weiner Brooklyn Mall. We were asisted by the Manager Sam. We wanted to buy the ladies belt, the price indicted was R299 but when we were supposed to pay the belt scaned R399 on their system. Sam told us to come the next day cause he didn't have the authority to sell the belt at that price. The next day when I arrive I was told that the Head Office is closed & I must come back on the 06 Jan 2014. When I arrive on the said date I was told that Sam is not available, they called him to find out if I should get those belts at R299 & he said NO. ThenI requested the contacts for their, I phone & explained my problem to ESTIE, then she refered it to Betty the operational manager. I explained my problem & She promised to call the shop & call me back which she DID NOT. 13 Jan 2014 I called the again, I was told that BETTY is on leave & Emie is acting. I spoke to Emie on the 15 Jan 2014 & she called me back to say I can go to the shop they will help me. When I arive IVY told me that Sam is not at work, she called him & explained & he said NO, they said Emie does not have the authority to tell them how to run their shop. Worse Service eve
