Ridiculous service

I ordered a CD via [URL Removed] on 9 September and I am still waiting for it. After filing a complaint with them I was told that the supplier takes up to 13 days to deliver the item but I find this strange seeing as I ordered it over 22 days ago. I thought I would try an alternative route to Musica and or/Look & Listen because they didnt stock the CD I was looking for. How long can it possibly take to deliver a single, solitary CD to someone?
