Shocked at the unprofessionalism of OPostiv

OPostiv was recommended to me. I approached them and spoke to Jannie about making bikinis and Men's swimming shorts for my new small company. He said that he would be happy to help us as we were entrepreneurs and made us perfect samples of the bikini. We then agreed to give him enough material to make over 50 bikinis and 50 shorts. He said in the initial meetings that the lead time for 100 garments would be 10 working days. "We require a 50% deposit to confirm the order, and the balance COD. The lead time is 10 working days per 100 garments.". We happily agreed and paid the deposit. Weeks then months went past with Jannie constantly extending the deadline. After 3 months we went and saw the half finished products only to be devastated by the poor workmanship and skill used on our material. Jannie and his staff cut the lycra the incorrect way, he used shorts lining in the bikinis-which makes the bikini tops no longer stretchy-which is crucial for our design. The cotton used was not stretch as agreed and promised-so the moment you put the bikini on it literally tore apart. The shorts were terribly made. He agreed to pay half the deposit back but to date this has not been done!
