Use of credit card

My wifes credit card was used at kalahari and style36.
I got hold of both companies to inform them that the bank was going to reverse payment, but they should ensure they don't dispatch the orders. (I was hoping to get delivery details so I would get an idea of where her card was, but neither offered that which is understandable)
Wesley ensured the transaction was canceled and called me back twice to ensure everything had been resolved. Khalahari told me they couldn't do anything and the bank must sort it out...
