My economics will never beat style36

Let's do this practice: Your prices a very low, you have over 50% dicounts and you still make three follow-up calls to sort my problem out. This is where I would draw a line as a profit making entity, but Style36 chose customer service to profit. I don't understand but however you mark-up your prices, I say 'keep styling us Style36'. I am surely making all my purchases with you from now on.
