Assault

It was the 23rd December at around 18:59. I had finished buying some food for Christmas. I was then assaulted by the security guards from the shop, just because I never produced proof of payment at the exit. Which by the way was never communicated to me. Got punched on the mouth (upper lip). Then one of the guys that works at spar quickly took the guard away. I don't know whether it was to hide him or not. Just after disappearing, I was then attacked by the other three (3) guards outside the shop. Those that were working with the one that punched me. I fell to the ground and then ran off.
I was saddened by the incidence; by the service I received from the spar at Mega Philani, in Umlazi. They don't know what customer service is. I don't think they are taught. I didn't open a case as I was about to leave Durban just after Christmas.
