Too many tellers not enough staff

I am currently in edgars, cavendish. I have been waiting in a line with 4 people for 25 minutes. There are more people who are trying to sign people up for accounts and not nearly enough people who are assisting customers at pay points. Also came in to hand a watch in for repairs and the person responsible for that department is not here and I have been told that I will need to come back!! SOOOO PATHETIC... exactly why I DONT want an account with these people
