Kalahari dont respond to emails so Im forced here

Due to the fact that [URL Removed] do not respond to emails I am forced to come here as a highly disappointed and frustrated customer with the hopes that my grievances will be resolved.
I ordered your Value Pack Vacuum Bags and received them yesterday afternoon. After retrieving them from the box and attempting to vacuum one of the bags as per instructions after putting some towels in the bag, I realized it would not function as it is supposed to. It kept making a funny sucking sound and the air would go straight back in. After inspecting the bag I realized that there is a hole in the bag. I am highly disappointed as these bags were supposed to be used for my clothes and towels so that I can pack effectively and efficiently for my trip overseas. Now I cannot pack my bags efficiently as planned and this has caused me great inconvenience... Surely these products are supposed to be checked during the production chain in order to supply the end customer with a quality product that will not disappoint but rather function in the correct manner for what it was intended. Your assistance regarding this defective product would be greatly appreciated.
