Customer Service that makes you smile

I went in to Woolworths on Saturday just to spend a voucher that i had been given as i never shop at Woolworths ever. To my amazement after i had gathered my items and made my way to the till points, i was graced by a lady named Mpho. She welcomed and greeted me with a big smile and she was just so cheerful, i could see that this Lady is passionate about what she is doing just by the way she carried out herself. I am normally used to the moody attitude by the point of sale tellers but Mpho was something special. She left a lasting impression on not only me but my Girlfriend as well who said to me " WOW if only all tellers where like that " Mpho i want to take this oppurtunity to congratulate you on your splendid customer service, i wish that there were many more people like you. Keep continueing with the great attitude that you have to the customers it makes a difference. You make a Difference!
