Alexander Forbes Retirement fund delay

I sent my retirement fund papers to Sharon Asmal early December only to find out today by a lady telephonically at Alexander Forbes on 0860100333 that no documents have been sent to them, today is the 21/01/2014 and what really concerns me is I am emigrating to UK on the 07/02/2014 and have given ample time for my withdrawal, this is slack and I want to know what is going to happen now as I cannot alter my plans due to incompetence?
