Bad Customer Service

My card which was working perfectly fine at other outlets declined at PeP stores today and not only did the above mentioned cashier have attitude, she said in Zulu to the cashier next to her that "BANK CARDS DONT GROW MONEY!!! " and I just so happen to understand Zulu very well and I'm sure she has done this to other customer too. Who exactly told employees that they have the right to treat customers like trash and speak to them as though they are doing them a favour by doing their work that they get paid for that the very same customer contributes to??? There was something wrong with the stores POS machines in debiting from my savings account even though there was sufficient funds and the money didn't GROW dear Thembi, it was always there and believe me, had you handled this a little differently, I would not been posting this. I had to transfer funds from my savings account to my check account that initially had no money and only then the transaction went through which was unnecessary including the insult. I shop anywhere and everywhere and do not expect this kind of treatment, EVER!!! I am also in the Customer Services Industry and know precisely how customers are to be treated!
