I was tricked into opening a policy by jet

I went to jet to unblock my card as well as pay my account, a guy from financial services asked me if I wanted vouchers, I agreed, he asked me if I had financial services, I asked him what that was, he asked me what I came to do at jet, I said to unblock and pay my account, only for him to transfer me to another person, he made policies on my behalf, partner protection, hospital cash back and funeral cover.

I never asked for none of this, worse my friend also has the same problem, she doesn't even have a partner but she's supposed to pay for him. If we sign for anything at Jet, its only proof of payment and proof of purchase, now we are robbed of our money.

All this happened at Jet wonderpark, we are not protected, this person I thought was helping me unblock my account took advantage of me as a customer, now I'm expected to pay for those policies from december, I cancelled them, problem is they do not want to remove the charges already on my account, I cannot pay for what I don't want!
