Funeral Policy without Approval

My son took the liberty of opening an Edgars account some weeks ago to take advantage of the vouchers on offer. After some 1 hour of answering questions and the consultant making calls to verify information the account was opened and he qualified for the vouchers. Yesterday he got an sms saying that his Funeral Policy Pack had been sent. He clearly told the consultant that he only wanted to open an account and answered in the negative for any policies. Obviously this is a breach of contract and I hold Edgars responsible. Please call me on 0832891416 asap on behalf of my son Ziyad.

This is a waste of my time and is unethical and if necessary will be taken up legally. My son's account has a ZERO balance and should be close IMMEDIATELY.
