Misrepresentation during opening of account

I was shopping at Jet Wonderpark on the weekend of the 4th/5th January when approached by 2 ladies working for RCS to open an account and get a R1000 shopping voucher. I completed their application form and was told to expect a call in a few hours to collect, my card and vouchers. I wanted to redeem the voucher (s) from purchasing a baby seat and stroller. I received calls the next Monday saying my card was ready and I could collect it at any shop. I went to Jet Wonderpark around Wednesday after 16:00, but was told to return some other time since the people working with new accounts had already left. I went to Jet the Glen on Sunday the 12th and was told the same thing. I took time from work on Monday the 13th and went to Jet the Grove. After struggling for about 30 minutes, I was told that they did not have the vouchers and to go to Edgars instead. I was assured that I could use them at Jet and all other partner stores. After driving to Jet Montanathen Wonderboom (was closed), I went back to Wonderpark and found what I was looking for. I was told that I could not use the vouchers. I would like that to be fixed or have the account closed with immediate effect at no cost to myself.
