Need clarification on voucher that are normal sent out and have not received. No one able to help. Sent for one department to Next. When I then said that I had had enough. No one called a manager to discuss with me even after I said I would close my account.

If it was not for the great service I received from their east gate branch. I would have done it right then. The GM of pavilion should be ashamed of the state and service offered by his store.
