Is Spar playing rough or is it Twinsaver?

I regularly buy 1ply Twinsaver. I bought a four-pack from Spar in Rondebosch last week to discover that it was certainly not the usual Twinsaver quality - it was much rougher and the end of the roll was shredded like the cheaper 1ply paper usually is. I have an end roll for you to see if necessary. I am bringing it to your attention as I believe there was either a mix up in the Twinsaver factory (perhaps they make other cheaper brands too?) or this was a fake pack, in which case Spar needs to investigate their supplier. Please revert.
