Bad Quality Toilet Rolls

Hi

I recently bought 2 bags of Twinsaver Econo white Toilet Rolls and when i came at home i saw the rolls were a cream/beige color and very thin, i buy these bags of toilet rolls every month and it is never like this, and to top it all it is so thin, i might as well have bought some other cheaper make of toilet rolls.
I have posted a complaint on your website 2 weeks ago, but to date no reply.

I will certainly not be buying twinsaver again.
