REFUND!!! No Money and No damaged dress

Good day

2 weeks ago I took back a Black and Pink evening dress. I bought it for a wedding at Truworths Uitenhage branch in the Eastern-Cape, and after the first wash, it tore at the back, like a 20-25cm tore... It's been 2 weeks now and they still didn't contact me and I still didn't get my Refund... Who's going to pay the other dress account I had to purchase. Not even returning my refund??? I'm very very disappointed, because we used to buy from Truworths, but not any more...

What am I to do???
