I bought a TV at Makro Wonderboom 26/05/2012, after 6 months of purchase there was a technical mechanical failure with the TV which shouldn't be the case because its a brand new TV, i took the TV for repairs at Makro wonderboom they said i must take it to Gaarsfontein at USER Electronics for fixing, user electronics fixed the TV perfectly and after 2 months The TV didnt work again for the second time, we then took it back at user electronics for fixing, they fixed the TV for the second time, and after couple of months it broke again in terms of mechanical failure, whatever the case might be, and the TV is insured Through Mutual&Federal we paid R 659.99 for the insurance, now makro and user electronics dont want to fix or replace the TV, which I find it hard to belive, they must take action and replace the TV, we dont want the TV anymore simply because we've been sold TV which is not in good condition.
