No delivery for almost 3 mths and lots of excuses

I purchased items online on 24 October 2013 and 5 November respectively and have not yet taken delivery. I have been following up regularly without success. Rene Mynhardt and Anna Nel are no longer responding to emails or returning my calls. I have all the e-mails to prove the follows ups and their responses.
