Policy of returning an unwanted item

Went to a foschini retail group store.
to buy a phone as I got there. I helped by someone in the cell phone department. She addressed all my questions about the quality of the phone.
I was promised that the quality of the camera is good. And that it had a word application on it. I did not question that. Because I would she knew what she was doing. Only when I got home it had the opposite of everything.
And they don't to take it back. Saying its my problem. That I use the either way. Even if its not what I wanted
