Hassle-Free Return

I purchased monthly groceries on Saturday from Makro Woodmead. Amongst my items bought was a bulk T-Bone and Club steak special to the value of R140. Seemed great, vacuum-packed and sealed. I also bought a House of Coffes Mocca Jave Blend & Free Travel Plunger pack. Great deal.

After getting home, made some coffee with the plunger which didnt work so well (sealant or something). Then came the meat... The meat was totally off as I opened it up. But, these things happen.
Returned the items in my lunch-break today, where a friendly Tembiso assisted me by calling the butcher. The butcher arrived, I explained my story. After profuse apologies we agreed to me getting refunded in a form of a voucher. So i went back to the meat section and purchased FRESH steak, and another coffee plunger.

All happy and thank you for a hassle-free return. Great service.
