The Butcher Is Bad

I have been a loyal customer of PicknPay because of my parents who are still customers of your outlets, I'm beginning to wonder if I should not be using your competitors because lately your butcher is packaging bad meat. Last month I bought bulk mince and all there was in the meat was fat yet the price is for beef.i was upset when I got home and vowed that iwould never go back. However on Friday I went to d monthly shopping and a similar encounter with the rack of lamb that was to be sold by 3rd yet five minutes of driving from the mall to my house the meat was giving bad coloring as if it will get spoilt! It is disheartening to pay hard earned money for goods of less quality because you have faith in the brand. I think you need to get a new supplier of meat and not give us bad products for our money. When we complain you get told o return the goods back to the store and that is an inconvenience on its own, just do it right the first time and I won't have to do more trips to your store unnecessarily.
