I logged a request via the Edgars website on 10 January 2014 at 11:44am requesting that they recalculate the repayment due on my account as it never seems do decrease although my purchases has drastically decreased in the last few months. The reference number I received was: 2084482/20140110/S.G.N

I have not received any feedback and this is now a week later. I find it unacceptable that they do not respond. This is not the first time I have complained that the accounts department does not respond.

I find it further unacceptable that they do not decrease your repayment on your account when your purchases decrease, but o boy, it increases immediately when you increase your purchases.

I wonder if that little fact is not against the Consumer Protection Act as well? Think I must refer this matter to them as well.
