Store consultant attitude

My fiance' was given a skirt as a present. She then decided that she wants to exchange it for another colour and NOT cash exchange. She spoke to Minky @ Maponya Mall and Minky gave her attitude claiming that the skirt smelled of perfume which is NOT true. We then called the head office on 011063000 and she spoke to Celicia Mokoena who then said that my fiance must go and look for the receipt. Cecilia was also unhelpful and un-apologetic for her attitude and her colleagues attitude. I find this rather pathetic as where on earth will she find the receipt.
