On every occasion I have dealt with this company, the service has been outstanding, the delivery always way quicker than I thought possible, payment and billing exceedingly smooth and efficient, and on the one occasion one of their suppliers let them down by refusing to replace an item that was faulty, they went the extra mile to offer to refund me in total, for a problem that was not of their doing!
