After 3 calls still no feedback

I have been a very satisfied customer of Kalahari for the past 4 years

I placed an order on the 2 of December

This was supposed to have been a Christmas gift to my fiance but up to date still have not received the parcel.

Made 3 phone calls and still have not received any feedback just empty promises. My phone call just now was the same response. Oh let me phone another person and get back to you. Uhhmm sorry heard that twice before.

This reflects very poorly on the company and I would have to think twice before placing another order.
