VERY POOR SERVICE

Went to buy MAC product @ truworths cresta, 04.0202013..firstly their set-up, its like u walking into someone bedroom and invading privacy, as if that was not enough i walk in stand there everybody acting all busy, finally one of them decides to ask me wat i want as if theyl be giving me free food, i tell her i used to use code nc20, but it changed so i don know which one now, she says to me nc 20? with an attitude as if im tokin french, she replies'' its more like for him'', pointing at a white guy, then she rolls her eyes looking @ her colleague!! imagine such poor service..I put food on her table by choosing her store or dpt, that was oppotunity for her to educate me as a client and her being a specialist in her field, so clearly they think they doing ppl a favour wen they do their wrk, i ddn c her name, but ill get it next time i go, just to c if they have improved, they think they r ice queens..what the is wrong with girls that wrk at beauty dpts?? they have stinking attitude as if they got training for it instead of customer service!!!
