Complaint handled well

I had an issue with some of Dr Oetker's products, which quite possibly could have been caused by factors outside their control. They responded by email and phone promptly, and I was recompensed soon afterwards.
They could have easily passed the buck but it is refreshing to see that at least one company still gives a hoot about their customers. Thank you.
