I had a complaint about Ouma rusks that the boxes are half full of crumbs and broken pieces. Foodcorp responded within one dat to the complaint. I am very impressed in the way they handled the complaint. It showed me that they are realy concerned about the quality of their products and the satifaction of their customers. Well done!!!
