Your account is Blocked!!!

Yesterday I had an appointment in Pretoria. I left earlier at our home in Hartbeespoort as there is no Edgars branch I needed some thing at Edgars. I found what I have been looking for fairly easy and went to the queue to pay there were two tills open and I figured that I will have enough time to be on time for my appointment at 16h00. Then the one lady just closed het till and off she went. Eventually at about 15h50 it was my turn and as the assistant swiped my card she said that my account is suspended - because if FICA. She said that I must either pay cash or go to customer services. when I got to customer services the lady swiped my card once again and said that she must phone head office but she don't think any one will assist her know and that I must come back at a more convenient time - I explained that I have travelled from Hartbeespoort and that I need the merchandise the next day but she just pulled up her shoulders and said there is nothing she can do! Now this is not good customer service - from my side I pay my account promptly and to be told in a queue of customers that your account was blocked is humiliating - to say the least.
