Eing difficult to the client

I have bought a polo wallet a week ago it has not been used, i wanted to exchange the wallet for a more softer leather and more expensive. the sales agents refused to do the exchange advising it has been used they could not prove it, i have the receipt as well. the staff was just being difficult. I have made many purchases from Fraers as well.
