I recently had a dreadful experience at a Woolworths branch, where the staff at the tills had no idea what they were doing, and the queue had built up to the extent that I eventually abandoned my goods and walked out.

I felt compelled to write to head office, with some constructive criticism, stating that the staff training was poor, and led to much customer frustration.

Customer Services at head office did not bother to respond.

Is Woolworths so arrogant that they think they can neglect their customers input, yet still retain their customer's loyalty?

This customer certainly does not think this is justified, and will certainly think twice before venturing into a Woolworths store again.

Arrogant, arrogant Woolworths.
