Foshini spam me with sms and phone calls

I receive already 1 year long sms's and phone calls on my no 0762959832 that is meant for a Mrs magobe in Windhoek. I sent emails and sms back asking them to stop harrasing me because this no is been rica on my name. They still sending and call me 2/ 3 times a week. I only want them to stop. What must i do to stop this, must i buy myself another phone no and through this one away, or what.
