Bought 2 sofas, one was faulty so I've got it replaced, 4 months later faulty again-been in for 2 .5 months still with no response from Tebogo. Twice he would've phoned but nothing after I've enquired about it. I went in for the 3rd time demanding a refund, nazir the sales man assisted me and emailed the relative forms to head office but now aftet 2 weeks still mo response. Once rochester makes a sale there is no service afterwards
