Will Kitchen Spectacular give me what I paid for?

We paid Kitchen Spectacular 60k when we ordered our Kitchen units and another 45k after delivery. Kitchen units and doors were delivered scratched and damaged as a result of being transported on the back of a trailer whilst not being covered. Since they started with the installation (of which progress is extremely slow) I have had the following problems: Units and doors are scratched and damaged, wall units installed scew, bulk head installed incorrectly, wrong hinges installed on doors, due to incorrect installation some units and materials had to be removed and reinstalled causing more damage, finish on wall units are not as agreed at time of quotation and design. Quality and workmanship is shocking!! I have raised my problems and concerns with their sales rep Carl Viviers on a number of occasions, but I get the impression that now that they have my money, honouring their promises are not at the top of their agenda. The owner Gerhard van Rooyen came and looked, but did not even have the decency to make contact with the customer to attempt to solve the problems. They have the attitude of " Everything will be ok in the end, so if it's not ok, then it's not the end"
