In December 2013 we bought sliced ham from your Hillfox store. The next day when we opened the package the ham was rotten / off/ vrot! We did not keep the silp so we just left it.

On Sunday 2014/01/12 I bought a Lindt chocolate (with the rest of my shopping), again at Hillfox. When i got home, i noticed that the expiry date on the package was in OCTOBER 2013!!! (this time I kept the slip)

How is it possible that no-one noticed? It expired three months ago. That is just plain bad management in my eyes. I stay in Fourways but stop there monthly for groceries. Its not worth it to drive all the way there to go and complain about one chocolate. But believe me, my once a month shopping will not be done there anymore.
